Digital Assessment Communications Associate Manager

Salary: Circa £41,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) Global Centre, Cardiff

Hybrid working opportunity, office presence required one day per week

The Digital Assessment Communications Associate Manager provides strategic vision and organizational direction for all communications related to the initiative. This role is responsible for developing, governing, and executing the global communications strategy that ensures awareness, understanding, adoption, and long-term confidence in digital examinations across the worldwide IB community.

This role plays an integral role in ensuring the timely sharing of critical information related to the DPCPDAI. The postholder must be skillful at gathering and processing information quickly and making it understandable to global and diverse audiences. They will be at the forefront developing change and adoption communications, helping stakeholders (i.e. IB staff, the public, and IB World School) understand what, why, when, and how changes will affect them. They will work closely with the IB Communications team to ensure the DPCPDAI Communications Plan fits within the context of IB's overall communications strategy and plan. They will be critical in seamlessly transitioning the communication from early adoption into business-as-usual communications, and the role will evolve as such.
