The Role
The Digital Asset Specialist for the Reckitt account is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of campaign assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

You will support the upload and organisation of campaign content, using campaign toolkit information to ensure assets are correctly managed and accessible. You will also help keep the internal campaign portal up to date and provide support to internal teams, clients and agencies where required.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent attention to detail, good organisation and the ability to follow established processes. You will work as part of a wider team, supporting the successful delivery of campaign assets and raising any issues or potential delays with the appropriate team members.
How you will make an impact
Asset Management & Operations
- Upload campaign assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system accurately and in line with agreed processes.
- Check assets and supporting information to ensure they are correctly uploaded and organised.
- Populate campaign toolkits within the Smint.io platform and link assets where required.
- Keep the internal campaign web portal up to date with relevant campaign information.
- Follow established workflows, processes and SLAs to support timely asset delivery.
- Track outstanding assets and flag missing information, issues or potential delays to the relevant team member.
- Support the day-to-day administration of campaign asset activity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Follow guidelines relating to asset rights, usage and restrictions.
Problem Solving & Process
- Follow documented processes and workflows consistently.
- Identify and raise issues with assets, uploads or workflows when they occur.
- Work with team members to resolve straightforward issues and escalate more complex problems where appropriate.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues or opportunities to make day-to-day processes more efficient.
- Stay up to date with changes to DAM processes, tools and client requirements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues, client contacts and agency partners to support the smooth delivery of campaign assets.
- Communicate clearly when information or assets are missing or when clarification is required.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Be willing to learn from more experienced team members and share information with the wider team.
- Adapt to changing priorities and campaign requirements.

Client & User Support
- Provide helpful and professional support to client and agency contacts where required.
- Attend client or team meetings when appropriate to understand campaign requirements.
- Support users with basic DAM-related queries and guidance.
- Escalate more complex technical or process questions to the appropriate team member.
What you will bring
- Experience working with digital content, marketing assets, creative production, content management or a similar environment.
- Good understanding of digital campaign assets and common agency ways of working.
- Comfortable working with different file formats and digital content.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and agreed SLAs.
- Basic understanding of project or workflow management.
- A willingness to learn new systems and technology.
- A positive, collaborative and reliable approach to working as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help or escalate an issue.
Experience with a Digital Asset Management system, content management platform or similar technology would be beneficial, but training will be provided.
