Job Description

The Thermo Fisher Scientific Corporate Customer Marketing team is seeking an experienced Digital Assets Governance Specialist to maintain the organization's Digital Asset Management (DAM) ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure digital assets are organized, enriched with accurate metadata, and efficiently distributed across enterprise marketing, sales, and digital platforms.

Working closely with the Senior Content Architect and cross-functional business teams, you will support the organization's digital asset governance by applying metadata and taxonomy standards, maintaining asset quality, and ensuring digital assets are organized, searchable, and accessible throughout their lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Govern the organization's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform by preparing, cataloging, tagging, archiving, publishing, and maintaining digital assets in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, ensuring they remain organized, searchable, accessible, and governed throughout their lifecycle.
  • Administer the DAM platform by managing user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, training, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain and evolve the Global Taxonomy Framework and metadata standards, monitor taxonomy compliance, perform gap analyses, and partner with stakeholders to improve metadata quality and asset discoverability.
  • Partner with the Sr. Content Architect, Creative Innovation Studio, Content Operations, Marketing, and technical teams to support content production workflows, asset migrations, onboarding of new teams, and continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze DAM usage, metadata health, asset lifecycle metrics, and platform adoption, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance documentation, training materials, and user resources to support enterprise adoption of the DAM platform.
  • Stay current on digital asset management best practices and emerging platform capabilities to continuously improve content operations and asset governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
