Job Introduction
A Bit About The Role
As a Digital Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Lifestyle divisions with the day to day management and optimisation of the Selfridges digital store across web, mobile and app. You will report into the Senior Digital Manager and have training and mentorship from the Optimisation Specialists and other Digital Assistants.
As Digital Assistant You Will
- Support the Optimisation Specialists to deliver the divisional strategy which is set by the Senior Digital Manager
- Assist with signing off content briefs across digital touchpoints such as mega menus, PLP and CLPs, and actions required for CRM support (emails nominations & sequencing etc).
- Develop skills within our systems (Fredhopper, STEP, Google Analytics, Monday.com) to execute daily tasks
- Own the set up and maintenance of product attribution (including product flags onsite).
- Assist the Optimisation Specialist in updating the divisional content calendars to capture onsite changes
- Understand the divisional performance and support the Optimisation Specialist with delivering actions to help drive revenue and conversion
- Perform daily site walks across all devices ensuring site standards are adhered to and support in rectifying any issues
- Perform regular competitor site walks, highlighting any key opportunities for improvements
- Work collaboratively with the other Digital Assistants, sharing knowledge and driving efficiency
