Are you a proactive digital project manager or producer ready to step into a fast-paced creative environment at a leading UK media and entertainment titan?
We are seeking a sharp, organised Digital Assistant Producer to take ownership of digital advertising projects from brief to final delivery. Working alongside senior producers, you will drive dynamic, multi-platform campaigns across digital display, paid social, and online video formats.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning digital production workflows for small-to-medium digital ad campaigns from end to end.
- Building and maintaining project timelines, briefing internal design/video teams, and managing resource requests.
- Coordinating asset creation across digital display/banner ads, paid social (static & video), and online video (YouTube).
- Facilitating feedback loops, handling client/stakeholder amends, and driving projects through internal review processes.
- Liaising with third-party ad-serving and banner management platforms.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in digital creative production or digital project management (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Solid understanding of digital production processes across display banners, paid social formats, and online video.
- Hands-on familiarity with ad-serving/banner platforms such as DoubleClick, Innovid, or Flashtalking is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and internal teams with confidence and clarity.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to juggle multiple fast-moving deliverables simultaneously.
