The Role
This detail-oriented role will be instrumental in supporting both the Senior Digital Managers and their teams to deliver the web, app and CRM functionality efficiently and effectively.
As Digital Assistant, you’ll be populating and updating film content, events, seasons and venue pages on our website and App. In addition, working with our CMS to help build, proof, schedule email campaigns and monitor performance.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Monitoring web/App functionality, flagging issues to web developers and the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
- Building and maintaining a strong and credible working relationship with agency partners.
- Assisting with audience segmentation and customer list creation.
- Tracking and reporting on CRM metrics including open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
- Supporting the Senior CRM manager with the analysis of customer behaviour, engagement, and retention.
- Assisting with customer lifecycle journeys, including welcome, re-engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Maintaining campaign assets, templates, and CRM processes.
- Supporting testing of new CRM functionality and automations.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical and detail-focused who is comfortable managing complex datasets.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience working in a digital role within the hospitality or entertainment industry and have a genuine passion for film and cinema culture.
- Experience using a CMS, CRM, or email marketing platform.
- Managed the digital aspect of company-wide projects.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity in customer behaviour.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- An understanding of GDPR and compliance regulations.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
