About the Role
This role sits within our UK Property Business which is about creating sustainable places where business, communities and nature thrive. This role offers the opportunity to work towards a Project Management qualification while gaining hands-on experience as part of the Grosvenor Property UK Digital Solutions Team. You will be working on the continued development of our digital platform, a core part of our strategy to transform manual processes into streamlined, automated solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and customer experience.
In this role, you will support the delivery of digital initiatives by project managing the implementation of new modules and enhancements within the wider digital platform and Grosvenor Connect. This includes helping to deliver solutions that reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and enable a more consistent, high-quality experience for both our customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Learn to take a flexible approach to the end-to-end delivery of projects, tailoring agile methodologies to ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Learn and assist with the definition and preparation of detailed project scoping documents.
- Develop a good understanding of how to prepare clearly defined project plans.
- Work with members of the Digital Solution Team to support and carry out ad hoc research activities and project portfolio reporting.
- Help support the delivery of the digital solutions product Roadmap.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders as required to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Identify areas for optimisation and implement best practices to enhance the product team’s ways of working.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for project progress, providing up-to-date and realistic delivery estimates.
- Support the Digital Product Manager with informed goal setting, developing familiarity with sprint goals and OKR-setting techniques.
- Maintain an awareness of technology that will support the creation of more efficient and effective processes.

Desirable Skills
- Genuine interest in a career in Digital Project Management.
- Experience of problem solving and applying logic.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good IT skills, with some experience of Microsoft 365 applications.
Entry Requirements
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/A Levels/BTEC etc.) OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role) AND 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Working Hours
35 hours per week, 9:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
