As an OMODA & JAECOO Digital Brand Ambassador
As an OMODA & JAECOO Digital Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging customers with the latest OMODA & JAECOO products, technologies and innovations.
Working as part of the sales team, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, welcoming them into our showroom and responding to telephone, email, LiveChat and online enquiries. You will deliver engaging presentations of our products and vehicles, demonstrating an outstanding knowledge and understanding of the OMODA & JAECOO brands.
A key part of the role will be managing all online customer enquiries from initial contact through to showroom visit. You will be expected to follow a set customer enquiry process determined by the manufacturer, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally and consistently, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will also play an important role in developing our online presence, managing and creating regular social media updates to engage with our followers, promote our products and vehicles, and support local marketing activity.

Hours of work rotate between Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm & Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. Salary includes a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £34,000.
Role And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive, welcoming and customer-friendly sales environment whilst taking responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of the showroom.
- Promote and sell the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Listers and OMODA & JAECOO trading policies.
- Always be prepared to receive and welcome new customer enquiries via email, LiveChat and other online channels, in line with Listers' sales processes and procedures.
- Take ownership of all online enquiries, ensuring they are responded to promptly and professionally and progressed through to an appropriate outcome.
- Follow the manufacturer’s prescribed online enquiry process and customer journey, ensuring all required actions and follow-ups are completed to the required standard.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and follow-up activity.
- Proactively follow up customer enquiries and appointments to maximise sales opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Guide and inform customers whilst providing a competent, enthusiastic and engaging presentation of all vehicles within the OMODA & JAECOO product range.
- Build strong relationships with customers both through all digital channels.
- Support the dealership's digital marketing activity by creating and managing regular social media posts and updates.
- Keep social media content fresh, engaging and relevant, highlighting new vehicles, offers, events, customer experiences and dealership activity.
- Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to customer comments and enquiries across social media channels.
- Work closely with the wider sales and management team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction whilst contributing to individual and dealership sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
- You don't need to be from the motor industry; however, you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and the ability to work confidently with people.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers online.
- A confident and enthusiastic approach to social media and digital communication.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers both in person and through digital channels.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes consistently.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
