About Us

Educated Change applies science, technology, behavioral insight, and digital strategy to help leaders and organizations build influence in a rapidly changing attention economy.

We help executives, experts, and teams show up with clarity, credibility, and consistency across social networks and digital channels. Our work sits at the intersection of personal branding, social selling, AI, content strategy, pre-suasion, and digital wellness.

As technology accelerates from generative AI and automation to agents, algorithms, messaging tools, and content overload, we help clients rethink how they communicate, build trust, and create meaningful influence without adding unnecessary noise.

We work with clients around the world, with offices in Surrey, Minneapolis, and Chicago.

Job Description

Educated Change is seeking a highly curious, emotionally intelligent, tech-forward Digital Brand Associate to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional social media role.

We are looking for someone who can help reimagine the old way of working, someone who understands how to use available technology, AI tools, automation, and emerging workflows to create smarter, more effective ways of delivering strategic brand outcomes for clients.

The right person will combine strong writing judgment, strategic thinking, operational discipline, and exceptional emotional intelligence. They will be able to listen closely to a client conversation, understand nuance and context, identify business objectives and motivations, translate those insights into brand strategy, and then operationalize the workflows needed to make progress happen.

This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical. You should be able to recognize what good writing looks like, understand how voice and tone shift across leaders and audiences, and know how to use metrics and data to tell a clear story about progress, impact, and success.

You will work across client strategy, content development, AI-enabled workflow design, reporting, and process improvement. You will help orchestrate tools, systems, and people to produce high-quality outcomes with greater speed, consistency, and intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Use strong emotional intelligence to understand the tone, perspective, priorities, and motivations of different clients and stakeholders
  • Translate client conversations, business objectives, and brand goals into actionable digital brand strategies
  • Understand and operationalize brand elements, including voice, tone, themes, audience, positioning, and content priorities
  • Create, edit, and refine high-quality written content for LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • Recognize strong writing, clear messaging, and strategic storytelling — and know how to improve work that does not yet meet the mark
  • Research industries, companies, executives, competitors, trends, and client priorities to inform content and strategy
  • Use generative AI, AI agents, automation tools, and digital platforms to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance output quality
  • Reimagine existing processes and help design smarter, more scalable ways of working
  • Coordinate and manage client deliverables, deadlines, ad hoc requests, approvals, and shifting priorities
  • Audit and analyze social media presence, engagement, audience growth, and content performance
  • Create quarterly and annual progress reports that connect data, insights, and narrative to show client impact
  • Interpret metrics and translate them into meaningful client-facing stories about progress, opportunities, and success
  • Collaborate with internal team members while also taking ownership of independent workstreams
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Stay current on social media trends, AI tools, content strategy, digital transformation, and emerging ways of working
  • Continue developing professional presence, judgment, communication skills, and client-facing confidence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is intellectually curious, emotionally perceptive, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to build better systems.

You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, learning quickly, asking smart questions, and using both human judgment and technology to create better outcomes. You do not need to know every AI tool today, but you do need to be eager to experiment, evaluate, and apply new technologies thoughtfully.

The ideal candidate understands that great digital brand work is not just about posting content. It is about understanding people, context, business goals, audience needs, technology, timing, and trust then building repeatable processes that help clients show up with clarity and influence.
