Digital Brand Experience Manager
Step inside a digital flagship where luxury aesthetic meets commercial intuition. Profiles Creative is partnering with an exceptional luxury fashion brand dedicated to exquisite craftsmanship, sophisticated visual design, and an elevated consumer journey. We are seeking a creative, commercially astute Digital Brand Experience Manager to take full ownership of the front-end Shopify environment, shaping an immersive online presence that reflects the tactile beauty of stepping into a boutique. Based in London with a hybrid setup (four days in the office, one day working from home), this role sits at the intersection of visual curation, digital storytelling, and commercial performance.
Rather than an IT-centric systems manager, this role calls for a brand-first curator who understands how an elite digital storefront drives customer desire and conversion. You will lead the day-to-day visual merchandising, maintain flawless product presentation, and bridge the gap between creative storytelling and analytical strategy across the digital flagship.
Up to £70k
London - office based 4 days, 1 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Site & Merchandising Curation: Build engaging landing pages, campaign hubs, and category structures on Shopify, directing product sequencing, visual merchandising, search filters, and recommendations to showcase seasonal collections.
- Commercial Visual Storytelling: Align creative brand assets and photography with customer journey best practices, creating an intuitive shopping experience that balances editorial tone with conversion.
- Data & Catalog Integrity: Oversee the product data pipeline, supervising team coordination and ensuring catalog accuracy, launch readiness, and consistent metadata across the storefront.
- Feeds & Tracking Infrastructure: Oversee performance marketing feeds (such as Athos, Intelligent Reach, and Feedr) alongside tracking frameworks, data layers, consent management, and GA4 setups.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization: Interrogate site metrics, content engagements, and user journeys to identify behavioral trends and continually elevate the customer experience.
- Agency & Technical Management: Act as the internal owner of the digital roadmap, writing briefs, prioritizing tasks, and managing external technical partners to resolve issues and deliver front-end enhancements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
