Drive service and digital change by turning business needs into clear, deliverable solutions.

This is a Business Analyst role focused on understanding services, working with stakeholders, and shaping change. You will gather and translate business requirements, working closely with clinical and operational teams to define needs and support delivery.

You will be involved from discovery through to delivery and review, ensuring changes are well structured and aligned to service priorities. The role centres on stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and requirements definition.

We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder skills, experience in requirements gathering, and the ability to bring clarity to complex service challenges.

As a member of the Digital Product team, the Business Analyst will elicit, analyse, develop and refine digital/data requirements, communicating and documenting these requirements for development and change.

The postholder will coordinate the action of delivery of solutions including the governance and facilitating communication between digital teams and the business from outset until completion. The postholder will work with the Digital Product team assisting in key product deliverables to the services and trust.
