Role Description
Digital Business Analyst
Location: Nottingham, UK (Hybrid)
Contract: 3-Month Contract (possible extensions)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Start Date: ASAP
We are recruiting a number of Digital Business Analysts with proven experience delivering business and digital transformation initiatives within a Retail/ Healthcare environment.
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Digital and Business Transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience working within Retail/ Healthcare organisations.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and/or Finance business processes and supporting systems.
- Extensive knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience influencing stakeholders on solution options, scope, and business outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and external delivery partners.
- ISEB Business Analysis Foundation and Business Analysis Practice certifications (or equivalent).
