My client, an exciting UK Digital Bank, is urgently looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join their London based office on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required in the office 3 days per week (in the City).
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support a number of exciting initiatives in their Digital Channels team, cutting across mobile banking, web and online banking applications. This includes parity application enhancements for both new and existing customers and products, as well as delivering the customer facing enhancements on the applications themselves. You would work very closely with the lead Product Owner and the UX/UI Designers, writing front end, back end and API technical requirements, supporting the ongoing product enhancements. The Bank uses a modern technology stack, giving you the opportunity to exposure to technology not used by many commercial organisations (Go/Flutter).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
