Digital Business Analyst (15 month FTC)

Job Description

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping Greene King’s digital future by analysing business needs and translating them into innovative solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design processes and deliver digital products that enhance the pub experience.

Qualifications

As Digital Business Analyst, you will…

  • Lead business analysis activities for digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives, being involved initiatives from start to end.
  • Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
  • Own and document the requirements, business and system processes accurately, including ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ states, including non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver world-class solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience in business analysis within a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Appreciation and acceptance of needing to work with ambiguity at times.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work on more than one initiative at a time.
  • Strong understanding of web, app, integrations, APIs, and customer data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and shape workshops.
  • Relevant qualifications or working towards BCS Business Analysis certifications.
