Overview
Join a people-centred technology team that thrives on innovation, collaboration and delivering meaningful outcomes. We're looking for an experienced Digital Business Change Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll operate at a portfolio level, leading the design and delivery of integrated business change across multiple digital projects. The role ensures successful adoption and embedding of digital solutions by focusing on the people side of change—maximising user engagement, readiness, and long-term value.
📍 Location: Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid working 50% in the office/50% WFH)
🔁 Contract Type: Both contract and permanent considered
What you’ll do
Change Strategy & Planning
- Lead the design and creation of integrated change plans across programmes and projects
- Develop a strategic narrative aligning multiple changes and articulating cumulative value
- Apply organisational change frameworks, standards, and principles
Portfolio-Level Change Leadership
- Provide a single view of change impacts across teams
- Support decision-making on timing and sequencing of change
- Work with Lead Change Managers to coordinate delivery
Stakeholder Management
- Identify, map, and engage stakeholders
- Build relationships across business, Digital, and vendors
- Support leadership sponsorship
Change Impact & Readiness
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments
- Assess readiness and manage resistance
- Track adoption and effectiveness metrics
Communication & Engagement
- Oversee communications and engagement strategy
- Ensure alignment with ADKAR (awareness & desire)
- Guide consistent messaging
Training & Adoption
- Oversee training plans and materials
- Ensure capability development (knowledge & ability)
- Support transition to BAU and benefits realisation
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end change journeys
- Be both strategic and hands-on
- Assure vendor-delivered change aligns to standards
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with HR on organisational change
- Enhance Digital Business Change capability
- Contribute new ideas and improvements

- Governance and reporting materials
- End-to-end change experience outputs:
- Comms (articles, videos, briefings, FAQs)
- Training (plans, guides, modules)
- Engagement (demos, campaigns)
- Adoption support (hypercare, super users, BAU)
