Description

Ready to bring campaigns to life and help shape the future of ecommerce at Mole Valley Farmers?

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Digital Campaign & Content Executive to join our growing Ecommerce team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to sit at the heart of our digital operation, playing a key role in delivering engaging online campaigns, seasonal events, product launches and customer experiences that drive sales and strengthen our brand. Working across Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and Technology, you'll be the link that brings ideas to life, ensuring campaigns are executed brilliantly and continuously optimised for performance.

No two days will be the same. One day you could be coordinating a major seasonal campaign, the next analysing trading performance, briefing creative assets or helping launch new digital initiatives that enhance the customer journey.

If you're highly organised, commercially aware and excited by the fast-paced world of ecommerce, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
