Lead Conceptual Digital Designer - Figma - Paid Advertising Campaign Work
3 month FTC (rolling)
£60,000 - £70,000 pa
Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite in Central London
We're working with a global creative agency on a world renowned luxury account. They're looking for a Lead Digital Designer, proficient in Figma and with some Motion Graphics / After Effects experience, to produce creative design work for dynamic templates and short animated content. You'll be one of several leading people in a growing Digital Design studio, overseeing the work of Mid and Senior Digital Designers while also leading by example with your own creative output.
This role will suit a seasoned Digital Designer, Digital Design Lead, or Digital Design Director with a wealth of experience in digital design for major global digital campaigns. You should be confident building beautiful, clean, high end design files in Figma for campaign banners, social, and digital OOH, along with a solid understanding of how master creative, automation tools and final files are produced for global localisation. You'll be fully hands on, and lead by example with your own creative design, whilst helping to manage and mentor a team working on localisation across multiple markets.

What they're looking for:
- Strong creative design experience for digital ad campaigns, including paid digital ads and DOOH
- Proven experience designing paid digital advertising assets in Figma at Senior or ideally Director level
- Strong use of Figma, ideally with knowledge of Auto Layout and automation workflows
- Comfortable using After Effects, and ideally some Premiere Pro
- A detail driven designer with craft, who knows how to elevate work and get the best from Mid and Senior designers in a studio
