JSP, Europe’s leading manufacturer of Personal Protective Equipment, is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team player to join the Digital Marketing team at Head Office near Minster Lovell, West Oxfordshire.

For over 60 years, JSP has been driving the global advance of innovative PPE, specialising in Head, Eye, Face, Respiratory Protection and Height Safety Products developing ground breaking products using the latest design and manufacturing technologies.

This role plays a key part in expanding JSP’s brand presence and communicating to the global distribution network. Responsibilities include managing, scheduling and producing various email communications across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and execute email campaigns for JSP's global distribution network.
  • Manage a global campaign calendar for timely delivery of marketing communications.
  • Create targeted campaigns based on customer market needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage automated journeys, nurture campaigns and lead generation.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams across multiple regions.
  • Maintain a marketing database ensuring compliance with GDPR and data governance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all communications align with JSP brand guidelines and technical accuracy.
  • Support event promotion and post-events lead nurturing activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, reporting processes and campaign efficiency.

Key Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in email marketing, campaign management or marketing automation.
  • Experience of working within a B2B marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating campaign reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Collaborate by working across marketing, sales and product teams.
  • Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance best practices.
  • Understanding of lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience working with international markets and multi-language campaigns.
