Digital Marketing Apprenticeship: The role...

Working alongside an experienced team of digital marketing specialists, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns for a range of well-known clients. You'll help create engaging email campaigns, develop compelling content, analyse campaign performance, and continuously look for ways to improve results.

This is a brilliant opportunity to begin a career in marketing – you'll gain genuine hands-on experience across email marketing, design, data and campaign management, working on insightful, dynamic campaigns across the B2B and Charitable sectors.

What you will be doing...

  • Collaborating with the campaign management team to deliver engaging email marketing campaigns
  • Designing and building visually appealing promotional emails for clients
  • Setting up, testing, and managing email marketing campaigns using industry-leading platforms
  • Sourcing, preparing, and uploading marketing data for email campaigns
  • Extracting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform campaign strategy
  • Designing digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creating and optimising landing pages to improve conversion and user engagement
  • Applying copywriting principles to produce clear, engaging marketing content
  • Producing campaign reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating professionally with clients via email

To be successful, you will…

  • Have a good understanding of design principles, including typography, colour, and layout
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and keen to take initiative
  • Be passionate about digital marketing
  • Be curious and eager to learn new skills
  • Be able to demonstrate creativity through personal, academic, or professional projects
  • Be interested in consumer psychology and what influences behaviour
  • Be organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • Have excellent communication skills and work well within a team
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Be able to drive and work from the Sittingbourne office regularly, especially during initial training

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience with an email service provider is a bonus, but not essential – full training given.

Qualification requirements...

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance, you could still be considered for the programme.

37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 10.00pm
