The Digital Campaign Manager

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing integrated digital marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and client success teams, focused on digital channels — including LinkedIn advertising, Demandbase ABM, display, and email — to engage target accounts and move prospects through the buyer's journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and execute digital strategy supporting integrated campaign strategy, aligning with regional campaign managers, to grow awareness, engagement, marketing qualified accounts (MQAs), and sales qualified opportunities across global targets
  • Own and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across all key personas in Opus 2 buying groups
  • Lead the utilization and optimization of Demandbase as the core ABM platform, leveraging intent data, buying signals, and account-level display advertising to ensure coverage across target accounts in alignment with sales
  • Manage digital ad campaigns across display and social channels, continuously testing creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance and ROI
  • Develop and manage email programs to keep engaged contacts warm and move top-of-funnel prospects through the buyer's journey to conversion
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling digital ad creative and landing page experiences relevant to target audiences
  • Coordinate with regional campaign managers and marketing operations on ABM execution, audience targeting, and performance reporting
  • Deploy digital marketing strategy to accelerate in-pipeline opportunities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance regularly, using data to evaluate effectiveness and optimize programs
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates (LinkedIn, Demandbase), and emerging best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
