Digital Campaign Specialist
Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) is looking for an ambitious and motivated Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Campaigning and Digital team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver high-impact digital campaigns that engage voters, mobilise supporters and grow the Conservative Party’s reach across the UK.
You’ll plan, deliver and optimise campaigns across email, web and paid social media, using data and insights to improve performance and maximise impact.
Working in a fast-paced political environment, you’ll collaborate with campaign, communications, data and political teams to deliver targeted digital campaigns at both national and local level.
This role is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, data-driven and passionate about campaigning, who wants to play a hands-on role at the heart of national politics.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Help manage advertising budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
- Assist in the delivery of targeted email campaigns to support Party priorities, elections, fundraising, supporter and membership growth.
- Assist with website updates and digital content, helping to ensure campaign pages are accurate, engaging and optimised to support campaign objectives.
- Track performance, analyse results and use audience insights to continually improve campaigns.
- Ensure all advertising activity complies with electoral law, GDPR, imprint requirements, and platform policies.

Your professional experience:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving political environment, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in political campaigning, public affairs, advocacy, or mission-driven organisations is desirable.
- Experience managing website content would be advantageous.
