About this Position

Within Henkel Consumer Brands and our Professional Hair business, you'll help execute campaigns across paid media and eCRM channels, turning data and insights into actions that drive engagement, customer acquisition and growth. Grow your expertise in a dynamic, future-focused environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll do

  • Execute digital campaigns across paid media and eCRM channels, (including Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Track campaign performance against commercial KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Work closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to implement campaign plans and ensure effective cross-channel execution.
  • Produce regular performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights, recommendations and next best actions.
  • Support audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness across paid and owned channels.
  • Ensure all creative assets, messaging and copy remain on-brand and aligned with campaign objectives.

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience managing digital campaigns across social (Meta/TikTok/Google) and eCRM platforms.
  • Understanding of paid social and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing agency partners and driving performance against defined KPIs.
  • Understanding of customer and data-driven marketing principles.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience within beauty, FMCG, retail or eComm.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and digital analytics tools such as GA4.
