This role is hybrid based in the United Kingdom with an expectation to be on-site part of the working week.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector and familiarity with regulated environments.
• Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, PMP or equivalent change/quality credentials.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms or robotic process automation.
• Experience designing digital learning or capability curricula and measuring outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation in a global or matrix organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to track adoption and benefits.
