Digital Channel Manager
WMA is looking for an experienced Digital Channel Manager to join our London team and lead social strategy and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of artists, brands, and entertainment clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering innovative social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Snapchat, and Spotify
- Managing campaigns from strategy and content planning through to execution and reporting
- Building strong relationships with artists, management teams, labels, and clients
- Using data and analytics to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results
- Creating and managing paid social campaigns
- Developing engaging, platform-specific content and copy
- Keeping ahead of emerging social trends, platforms, and digital technologies
- Collaborating with our creative and specialist teams, while mentoring junior team members

What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with proven experience in social media and digital channel management, ideally within the music or entertainment industry. You’ll need a strong understanding of social platforms, excellent client and communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to turn audience and performance data into actionable strategy. Experience managing campaigns for high-profile artists and multiple social accounts is highly desirable.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
