This is a fantastic opportunity to join Lifetime Financial Management and work within a growing team. You need to love talking to customers and working as a team where no two days are the same. Our mission is to make Financial Planning available to everyone and your role is to help them on their journey to understanding their finances and planning for the future. This role sits at the beginning of the customer journey with Lifetime so having a positive impact with every customer is at the heart of everything we do.

Duties

  • Customer Financial Well Being: communicating over the telephone and Teams building relationships that last a Lifetime.
  • Create engaging bespoke client videos demonstrating their current financial position and what they can achieve in the future.
  • Confidently discuss opportunities and changes in client circumstances using our software to match client needs whether that be, When can I retire?, When can I buy my first home? or I need to start saving but don’t know where to begin.
  • Be a friendly point of contact for our customers offering clear answers and genuine support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure a timely conclusion to their Financial Plan.
  • Maintain accurate customer records across all systems and files.
  • Take ownership of all client interactions. This is an evolving Digital Role where we welcome change and new technology to enhance the customer journey.

  • Previous Financial background is desirable but not essential. A full training programme is provided.
  • Excellent communication and presentation Skills both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure.
  • Keen to learn, grow and get involved.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Confident telephone skills with both clients and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence to record an engaging client video, discussing the bespoke financial plan and highlighting opportunities (max 10 minutes long).
  • Be curious, listen and ask questions at the right time so that you understand the client’s story.
