Digital Commerce Executive – EMEA

Haddenham, UK

Role Purpose

The Digital Commerce Executive will support the delivery of McCormick’s Digital Commerce strategy across EMEA, helping ensure our brands are available, visible and chosen wherever consumers choose to shop online.

Working across retailer.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop and agentic, this role will be responsible for the day to day execution that turns our digital plans into commercial results.

This is a great role for someone commercially minded, highly organised and excited by the fast changing world of digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Shelf & Retailer.com

  • Monitor and drive actions across online availability, distribution and content on key retailer websites through our digital shelf tools
  • Identify and help resolve issues such as missing NPD, products not appearing online or poor digital shelf execution
  • Work with our global team to ensure product titles, imagery, descriptions, taxonomy and search content are accurate and optimised

Social Commerce & Emerging Channels

  • Support TikTok Shop activations such as content strategy and affiliate marketing
  • Support on the expansion of TikTok shop to new EMEA markets
  • Explore other emerging social commerce channels such as YouTube Shopping
  • Work with the emerging channels lead & our global team to execute our agentic commerce strategy across EMEA
  • Track and identify emerging trends, product and content opportunities

Amazon & Marketplaces

  • Support the Amazon Manager with catalogue management and content
  • Support new product setup and ongoing optimisation of the Amazon portfolio

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, commercial, category or a related role
  • Commercial curiosity and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross functionally
  • An interest in Amazon, retailer.com, TikTok Shop and the wider evolution of digital commerce
  • Experience within FMCG/CPG would be beneficial but is not essential
