Senior Digital Commerce Manager (Marketplace Channels)

London | Hybrid Working | £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

A fast-growing international fashion and lifestyle business is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Commerce Manager to lead performance across one of its most important commercial growth channels.

Marketplaces represent a significant area of investment and expansion for the business, and this role will take ownership of its largest and most strategic marketplace partnership. Whilst exposure to channels such as ASOS, Amazon and Next will form part of the wider remit, the successful candidate will be the dedicated lead for Zalando, driving trading performance, optimising commercial opportunities and acting as the key relationship owner.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketplace specialist looking to make a meaningful impact within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive marketplace trading performance across Zalando.
  • Develop and execute trading strategies to maximise sales, profitability and customer engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day activity through the Zalando Partner Portal and associated trading tools.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful marketplace execution.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, operations and finance teams.
  • Analyse performance data, identify opportunities and make commercially driven recommendations.
  • Support marketplace growth initiatives and contribute to broader digital commerce projects.
  • Act as a deputy to the Head of Marketplace Trading when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
