About the Role

Digital channels are transforming how consumers discover, evaluate, and purchase products. As Brand.com, Retail.com, Amazon, and Social Commerce platforms continue to grow, we are looking for a Manager, Digital Commerce Strategy to help execute and optimize our digital commercial growth plans across these channels. This role supports the development of channel plans and owns the day-to-day analysis, reporting, and campaign coordination that connects demand creation to conversion, spanning media, content, assortment, pricing, promotions, and CRM.

Digital commerce is always on and data rich, shaped by weekly campaigns, seasonal and cultural moments, and real-time consumer behavior. The ideal candidate combines commercial curiosity, strong analytical skills, and hands-on digital commerce experience, with an interest in applying AI tools to everyday workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Digital Commercial Planning and Execution
    • Support the development and execution of commercial plans across digital and social commerce channels, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, brand.com, and retail.com.
    • Analyze performance across channels, categories, and consumer segments to surface growth opportunities.
    • Maintain the digital campaign calendar, covering weekly moments, seasonal beats, and cultural opportunities, and coordinate execution with channel teams.

  • Cross-functional Coordination

    • Work day to day with Sales Strategy & Analytics, Media, DTC, and Category teams to keep digital plans aligned and on track.
    • Share digital performance insights with partner teams in clear, actionable formats.
  • Media and Content Support

    • Track how media and channel performance connect, and flag opportunities to improve media effectiveness.
    • Help ensure high-performing content from paid media is reflected at the point of purchase, including PDPs, brand.com, and retailer pages.
  • Revenue Growth Management Support

    • Monitor pricing and promotional performance across digital channels and recommend adjustments.
    • Support assortment, pricing, and promotion analyses that improve revenue and profitability.
    • Partner with CRM and DTC teams on consumer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting

    • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports covering traffic, conversion, media efficiency, pricing, content, and consumer engagement.
    • Run analyses such as A/B test readouts, forecasting support, and promotional effectiveness reviews.
    • Use AI and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
    • Partner with Data, Analytics, and Technology teams to improve data quality and reporting infrastructure.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in digital commerce, ecommerce analytics, revenue growth management, category management, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon, DTC, Retail.com, marketplace, or social commerce business models.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and BI or dashboard tools. SQL is a plus.
  • Experience turning data into clear recommendations and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with retail media platforms, Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop seller tools, or creator commerce.
  • Experience using AI tools, such as LLM-based assistants or automations, to speed up analysis or reporting.
  • Consumer products, retail, or marketplace experience.
