JOB TITLE: Digital Commercial Manager, Chief Customer & Digital Office.
SALARY: £61,344pa to £74,900pa plus an extensive benefits package.
LOCATIONS: Bristol & Edinburgh.
HOURS: Full-time.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.

We're hiring a Digital Commercial Manager for our Chief Customer & Digital Office, Trading, Strategy, Analytics Team. This team works across our Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I) division and wider organisation. You'll lead the work of crafting and monitoring our Digital commercial plans and performance opportunities. This covers products distributed through the LBG app, Scottish Widows app, and public sites (LBG, Scottish Widows and Lloyds Wealth). Being a strategic problem solver with deep commercial foresight involves working with various partners across the organisation to develop comprehensive plans that support our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.
We have a fast-paced and varied environment here. The role will lead all aspects of the commercial strategies across digital channels and will handle reporting performance and coordinating the re-forecasting processes. Responsibilities include playing a core role in identifying growth opportunities, cost savings, surfacing customer needs, and ensuring our propositions are optimised to deliver against our priorities.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Commercial Development
- Define and own digital commercial strategies aligned to Group priorities, customer needs and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver the end-to-end digital commercial plan for Lloyds Wealth (IP&I’s newly formed proposition), including robust bottom-up forecasting and 5YOP input.
- Support strategic CCDO and IP&I projects that drive client value, business growth and improved commercial performance.

Performance & Value Delivery
- Own performance frameworks that track delivery against strategic outcomes and create clear accountability.
- Lead digital commercial reviews and deep dives, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Generate insight across web, in-app and commercial performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and value delivery.
Digital Strategy and Optimisation
- Build and optimise public site strategies across all three sites, using insight to accelerate Lloyds Wealth new business growth.
- Own the Lloyds Wealth new business digital channel strategy, aligning customer needs with measurable growth opportunities.
- Improve in-app pages, content and journeys to increase engagement, simplify experiences and strengthen commercial outcomes.
- Activate targeted, trigger-based and personalised digital experiences that improve relevance, engagement and customer value.
- Embed testing and end-to-end channel tracking to prove impact and continuously optimise performance.
Partner Influence & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across CCDO, Finance, Product, Marketing, Digital Engagement, Technology and Transformation to align priorities and enable joined-up delivery.
- Represent the function in key forums, providing insight, constructive challenge and strategic direction.
- Ensure commercial decisions are supported by robust governance, risk management and regulatory compliance, proactively mitigating delivery risks.

What we’re looking for?
Please note this is a commercially focused role, collaborating across CCDO and partnering with other business areas to deliver insight-led optimisation and measurable business impact.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience operating at a senior level in a commercial, digital performance, or transformation-focused role.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and drive actionable insight. The willingness to step into new spaces of commercial performance within IP&I and Lloyds wealth to help shape the tactical and strategic direction & investment.
- Strong understanding of digital channels (web, in-app) and the opportunities within them.
- Proven experience in utilising insight to drive optimisations across digital channels
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of performance frameworks, investment governance, and value tracking.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, challenge constructively, and drive strategic transparency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging at executive levels.
- Exceptional project management and delivery skills
