The Role
Lead social across Silver Spoon, Billington's, Allinson's, Nourishd, and Crusha - setting strategy with agencies and creators while also filming, editing, and posting in-house. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on content, using responsible AI to increase pace, creativity, and effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Social strategy & planning
- Own portfolio strategy, calendars, approvals, and posting, protecting brand voice and legal standards.
- Creators & agencies
- Manage nano-creator activity and usage rights, lead the content agency day to day, and direct studio shoots.
- In-house content
- Film, edit, and publish social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including fast reactive and trend-led edits.
- AI-enabled innovation
- Champion responsible AI across ideation, creation, and optimization, turning experiments into repeatable ways of working.
- Community & commerce
- Work with Customer Services on communities and reputation risk, and create content for TikTok Shop, Amazon, and shopper activity.

What you'll bring
- Minimum 3 years leading social and content for consumer brands or in a fast-moving agency.
- A strong portfolio of social-first content you have personally filmed and edited.
- Experience managing creators and agencies, from briefs and negotiation to approvals and usage rights.
- Confidence directing shoots and giving clear, constructive creative feedback.
- Practical experience with generative AI and AI-assisted creation or editing tools.
- Strong grasp of short-form video, social trends, and performance data, with sound judgment on brand safety, disclosure, copyright, and data protection.

How you work
Creative and culturally curious, hands-on across strategy and creation, commercially minded, organized across multiple brands and partners, and responsible in how you apply new AI tools.
Tools you'll use
- Meta Business Suite, TikTok (TikTok Shop desirable), CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva, Copilot, ChatGPT or Firefly, plus scheduling, listening, and creator-management platforms.
- A marketing, digital, or communications qualification is an advantage but not essential.
