Your Role
As Digital Communications Executive (Email & Web), you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing the membership experience through engaging digital communications. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will lead the creation and delivery of membership email marketing campaigns and oversee the maintenance and ongoing development of membership content across our websites.
You will create compelling email and web content, support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications activity, and use data and analytics to monitor performance and inform improvements. You'll also help ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital channels while sharing best practice and guidance on email and web communications.
Working with marketing, digital, and wider business teams, you will build strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice on the planning and scheduling of communications. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will help drive effective member engagement through high-quality digital communications and content.

- You have a flair for writing clear, compelling copy and can adapt your style across different digital channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- You’re confident using email marketing platforms and content management systems to plan, publish, and optimise digital communications.
- You use data and insights to measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve results.
- You build strong relationships with colleagues across teams and are comfortable providing guidance on email and web communication best practice.
- You’re highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy collaborating with others, bringing a proactive approach and a genuine interest in creating effective digital experiences for members.
Interview Process

You Can Expect The Following Process From Us
- A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
- A formal two-stage interview process with the representatives of the Talent Acquisition and the Member Engagement teams.
