About the Nationwide Foundation

The Nationwide Foundation, established in 1997, exists to improve the lives of people who are disadvantaged. Through its Decent Affordable Homes strategy, the Foundation is working towards a future where everyone has access to a decent and affordable home.

The Foundation works closely with housing providers, policymakers, charities, academics, and other partners to identify, test, and champion solutions that can help deliver lasting change. Its work is focused on building long-term change in housing to:

  • Make renting work for everyone
  • Help deliver more affordable homes
  • Shape the future of good housing

About the Role

This role sits within the Foundation's External Affairs team and supports the Communications Manager to deliver communications across digital and stakeholder channels. The team is responsible for raising awareness of the Foundation's work, sharing the impact of its funding and influencing activity, and helping shape conversations around housing.

You'll play an important role in bringing the Foundation's work to life through engaging content, social media, website management, and digital communications, helping ensure key audiences understand the Foundation's vision and the impact it is having in creating a fairer housing system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
