Digital Construction Manager
Location: Home Based with occasional travel to a Saint-Gobain office
Business: Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland
At Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, we’re looking for a Digital Construction Manager to help us transform the way we use construction data, digital design and technology to create value for our customers and our business.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our digital construction journey, helping us move from a product manufacturer to a construction solutions supplier. You’ll work across our businesses, technology partners and construction stakeholders to develop and manage digital solutions that make it easier to design, specify and deliver Saint-Gobain solutions across construction projects.
The role will drive the adoption of digital platforms, data-led design processes and industrialised construction methods, helping us create scalable solutions, improve specification opportunities and enhance material and data traceability. Ultimately, you’ll help us unlock the commercial value of data and deliver measurable value across the Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
