The Omnichannel Consultant will play a key role in delivering omnichannel strategy and innovation projects, working both independently on smaller projects/accounts and alongside senior team members on larger, more complex initiatives.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring strong client management, problem-solving, and digital expertise. The consultant will work with both internal teams and clients to develop and implement omnichannel solutions, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact.
The Role
As an Omnichannel Consultant, you will:

- Collaboration on larger accounts – Working with Senior Consultants on major omnichannel initiatives, supporting insight gathering, strategic planning, and execution.
- Customer experience and product innovation – Supporting the design and evolution of digital innovation initiatives, contributing to user-centred product development and experience design.
- Insights and analytics – Partnering with internal specialists to interpret customer data and market research, using insights to shape strategies and optimise performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
