Our Digital Advisory and Transformation team helps healthcare organisations turn digital ambition into practical change. You’ll contribute to projects ranging from digitally enabled new hospitals to national, trust-level, and neighbourhood health programmes. This is an opportunity for you to join a growing team that operates in the field of Digital Healthcare. We are ambitious and passionate about supporting our healthcare customers by maximising Digital to enable new ways of working and new models of care. The patient and the clinician are always our primary concern and focus. Our growth comes at a time when it is now fully appreciated at all levels that healthcare must innovate if it is to survive and meet the increasingly challenging healthcare demands.
We specialise in digital transformation for all healthcare environments and the development of innovative Digital plans for new hospital/healthcare facility build projects. These projects are truly an opportunity to be a part of positive change, which maximises emerging technologies, and that will ultimately benefit people’s lives.
Our work in the New Hospital space is expanding. We’re already established in supporting NHS hospital trusts with developing their digital strategies to ensure the eventual new hospitals are digital-by-design and fit for the health and operational demands of the future. We have a specific need to add technical competency to the team to meet current and planned demand.
You’ll help NHS trusts create digital strategies that make their future hospitals connected, adaptable, and ready to meet changing clinical and operational needs. You’ll join an established team where your technical expertise will directly influence how new healthcare environments are planned and delivered.

You will be part of a team that undertakes project-based work for a range of healthcare clients where achieving significant change is the expectation. Further, our clients will look to us to coach, mentor, and educate stakeholders in what is possible and how we get them there. At its core, we follow a 3-step process – understand the current state, define a future state, and plan the Digital interventions required to achieve that future state. Where we can, we will both plan the Digital transformation activities and then deliver them.

As a Digital Consultant, you will have the opportunity to form lasting relationships with our customers and embed yourself within client organisations as a trusted collaborator and advisor. The projects you work on will be complex and often take a multidisciplinary approach. You will be able to identify business development opportunities, both through contract extensions and new business. You will have the opportunity to be involved in thought leadership and to support the promotion of the team’s capabilities within the industry. Your ideas will always be valued, and you will be supported in identifying ways of better serving our customers and extending our capabilities.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
- Experience in IT technology and project delivery, gained within healthcare, the built environment, or another relevant sector.
- Practical knowledge of network technologies and the installation, configuration, or delivery of digital systems.
- Experience of systems integration and interoperability.
- The ability to translate technical needs into clear requirements or outcome-based specifications.
- Curiosity about emerging technology and how it can improve healthcare environments.
Experience of new hospitals, healthcare facilities, or refurbishment programmes would be valuable, but it is not essential.
