We are seeking ambitious Digital Analysts to join our growing practice. You will work directly with clients across a range of industries, helping them solve complex strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. From day one, you will contribute to live engagements - conducting research, building analytical models, and developing recommendations that drive measurable impact. This is an excellent opportunity for high-caliber graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Our Digital Analysts are responsible for:

  • Supporting delivery of client engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation workstreams.
  • Conducting primary and secondary research to develop market, competitor, and operational insights.
  • Building financial models, business cases, and quantitative analyses to underpin client recommendations.
  • Preparing high-quality slide decks, reports, and memos for client and internal audiences.
  • Participating in client workshops and meetings, presenting findings with confidence and clarity.
  • Managing discrete workstreams with guidance from senior team members, proactively flagging risks and issues.
  • Contributing to business development activities including proposal writing and pitch preparation.

Person Specification - Essential Requirements

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above, or equivalent) in any discipline; strong academic record required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to construct structured arguments and clear visuals.

Experience

  • Up to 2 years' experience in a professional services, analytical, or client-facing environment (internship experience considered).
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Experience synthesizing large volumes of information into concise, actionable outputs.

Person Specification - Desirable Requirements

  • Prior internship or placement experience at a consulting, professional services, or strategy firm.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or programming languages (SQL, Python).
  • Second European language — advantageous for international client work.
