Jarrolds is Norwich’s independent department store, offering a unique shopping experience with fashion, homeware, restaurants, a spa, an art gallery and a full calendar of events.
Digital Content Administrator
We are looking for a Digital Content Administrator to join our Digital Experience Team on a 14-month fixed-term contract from September 2026 to November 2027, providing maternity cover. This role is 35 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, writes well, is confident working across CMS and email platforms, and can keep a high volume of content up to date across our website, app and email channels.
What You Will Be Doing
Content and Copy
- Write, edit and proofread copy for the website, email and social media
- Keep website, store, restaurant and location content current and accurate
- Work with designers and marketers to align copy with visuals

CRM and Email
- Build and schedule email campaigns, including segmentation and occasional A/B testing
- Support loyalty and retention activity, and keep customer data accurate
- Report on email and CRM performance
Product and Digital Support
- Manage banners, landing pages and seasonal content
- Support SEO and paid search, paid social and organic content with agency partner
- Track website analytics and flag insights on customer behaviour
Reporting
- Contribute to reporting on campaign performance and customer engagement
What We Are Looking For
- Experience writing and editing content for web, email or social
- Comfortable working in a CMS and an email marketing platform
- Good attention to detail, especially for proofreading and data accuracy
- Able to juggle several ongoing content updates at once
- Interest in analytics and using data to inform content decisions
- A team player who works well with designers, marketers and other departments
