Role Profile
- Reports to: Head of Ecommerce
- Location: Glasgow, office based
- Salary: Dependent on experience
- Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview
We're looking for a Digital Content & AI Designer to help shape the future of digital content creation at Trespass.
This is far more than a traditional graphic design role. You'll combine creativity with emerging AI technologies to produce engaging, high-performing content across every ecommerce touchpoint.
Working alongside Ecommerce, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you'll use a combination of design expertise, AI-powered creative tools, and data-driven decision making to deliver content that enhances customer experience, strengthens our brand, and drives commercial performance.
You'll help establish new ways of working by leveraging AI to accelerate content production, automate repetitive tasks, and create scalable creative solutions for the future.

What does a typical day sound like?
- Design engaging digital content across websites, email, social media, marketplaces, and digital advertising.
- Produce high-quality product imagery, lifestyle imagery, and video content using both traditional creative techniques and AI-powered tools.
- Create promotional campaigns, homepage assets, and digital advertising that maximise engagement and conversion.
- Develop multiple creative variants for testing and personalisation across digital channels.
- Use AI-assisted creative tools to accelerate content production while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency.
- Optimise visual merchandising across the ecommerce website to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Trading teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build and maintain reusable design templates, prompt libraries, and creative workflows to improve efficiency.
- Organise and manage digital assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring content is searchable, reusable, and consistently applied.
- Analyse creative performance using customer insights, engagement metrics, and conversion data to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Trespass brand guidelines across every customer touchpoint.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI creative technologies, recommending new tools and opportunities that improve productivity and innovation.
- Support the wider ecommerce team in adopting AI-powered creative workflows and best practice.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Experience in digital graphic design, ecommerce content, or creative production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first creative work.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or equivalent).
- Understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer journeys.
- Excellent attention to detail and brand awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
- Experience using AI creative platforms such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar.
- Experience creating short-form video and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of Figma or modern collaborative design platforms.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimisation.
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems.
- Basic understanding of automation platforms and AI workflows.
