Job Type: Full-Time
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content and Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and drive digital marketing initiatives. This role involves overseeing website content, optimizing SEO, managing Google Ads campaigns, executing email marketing strategies, and implementing marketing automation tools to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Website Management
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Optimize site performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers for technical updates and improvements.
- Manage the social media channels and weekly postings.

SEO Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor and report on search rankings and organic traffic growth.
- Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spend.

- Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and customer engagement.
- Segment audiences and personalize content for better conversion.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Marketing Automation
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Create automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Content Creation
- Develop engaging digital content for blogs, social media, and email.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
