HubPeople | Contract Basis | 2–3 days per week

£180–£220 per day, depending on experience

The role

HubPeople is looking for a creative, confident and proactive Content Creator to join our team on a part-time contract basis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, has plenty of ideas and, most importantly, is confident and comfortable in front of the camera.

You'll create video and written content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and the HubPeople website. You'll help showcase our people, products and partners, explain new features and create useful content that helps our partners get more from the tools we provide.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the content process, bring their own ideas and work with different teams across HubPeople to turn our products, updates and ideas into engaging content.

You'll work closely with the HubPeople team and will have support with filming set-up and editing, but we're looking for someone who can take the lead on the content itself.

Being on camera is a big part of the role

The most important thing is that you're confident and willing to be on camera. You'll be presenting both scripted and unscripted content, hosting interviews and conversations, talking about HubPeople products and updates and helping bring our content to life.

You don't need to be a professional presenter. We're looking for someone who is natural, engaging and confident speaking to an audience, and who is happy to try different formats and ideas. Personality is important. We want someone who is comfortable putting themselves out there, has their own ideas and isn't afraid to try something new.

Product, AI & educational content

A key part of the role will be creating content that helps our partners understand and use HubPeople's products.

You'll need to develop a good understanding of the tools we build and provide to our partners, particularly our AI toolkit for building and growing dating and social brands.

You'll create useful, engaging content such as:

  • How-to videos and step-by-step guides
  • Product walkthroughs and feature demonstrations
  • Videos explaining new tools, features and updates
  • Content showing partners how to use the AI toolkit to build their brand and get their dating or social site live
  • Tips and educational content to help partners get more from the HubPeople platform
  • Short-form content that makes complex or technical features easy to understand

You'll work closely with our product and partner teams to understand new features and turn them into simple, engaging content that partners can actually use.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
