Nottingham Panthers are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to help bring our club, players and games to life across our digital channels.
We are looking for someone who can do much more than simply manage social media. You will need to be confident creating high-quality graphics, filming and editing engaging video content and, most importantly, coming up with fresh ideas that connect our supporters with the club.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional sports environment and play an important role in how the Nottingham Panthers are presented across our digital platforms.
The role will include:
- Creating engaging day-to-day content across our social media platforms.
- Producing high-quality graphics and digital assets.
- Being confident using and working with Canva.
- Filming and editing short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
- Producing and editing longer-form video content.
- Attending team training sessions to capture regular behind-the-scenes content.
- Attending Nottingham Panthers home games to capture and create match-night content.
- Working with players, coaches and staff to develop engaging content.
- Helping to generate new and creative ideas to grow engagement across our digital channels.
- Supporting the club’s commercial partners by producing engaging sponsored content where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
