Want to create digital experiences that make a genuine difference, inspire and change lives?

About the role

We're on a journey to become a truly customer-centric organisation, ensuring everything we do is designed around audience and customer needs. As part of our Digital Content & Journeys team, you'll help create accessible, engaging and high-performing digital experiences that connect people with the information, support and opportunities they need.

Working across a wide variety of content and customer journeys, you'll take content from concept to publication, using accessibility standards, SEO best practice and audience insight to improve performance and create better outcomes. You'll help identify opportunities to optimise journeys, improve discoverability and ensure content is useful, relevant and evidence-based.

This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of content design, user experience, accessibility and digital optimisation. You'll contribute to BHF's Content Review Cycle and upcoming CMS migration programme, working closely with colleagues across content, UX, data, technology and customer journeys to help modernise our digital experience and continuously improve how content is delivered across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
