What We Achieve Together
In your role as Digital Content Developer, you will design and develop engaging digital learning solutions including e-learning modules, microlearning content, interactive learning activities and digital performance support tools.
- Working closely with subject matter experts and trainers, you will transform complex technical and business concepts into clear, visually appealing and learner-focused content that delivers measurable results.
- Your responsibilities will include creating high-quality video content such as training videos, demonstrations, animations and explainer content that supports knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Together with colleagues across Training and Digital Technologies, you will support learning platform requirements by uploading, maintaining and optimising content to deliver a seamless learner experience.
- By designing digital tools and resources that complement classroom and virtual learning, you will strengthen blended learning programmes and increase learner engagement across multiple channels.
- Using learner feedback, engagement data and best practice instructional design principles, you will continuously enhance learning solutions to maximise impact, accessibility and effectiveness.

- You hold a qualification in Learning & Development, Digital Learning, Media Production, Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related discipline, or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
- You have proven experience creating engaging digital learning content and e-learning solutions using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.
- You possess strong video production and editing skills, excellent attention to detail, effective project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience supporting Learning Management Systems, creating blended learning solutions and working within structured governance and quality control processes would be advantageous.
- You are a creative and collaborative professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, takes ownership of your work and is passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences.
- You have the ability to understand learner needs, apply instructional design principles and create engaging content that delivers meaningful learning outcomes.
