Digital Content & eCommerce Specialist
Posted on: 01st October 2026
We’re looking for a knowledgeable, detail-driven content specialist to join our E-commerce team. This role sits at the heart of how we present and sell music gear online, from guitars and pedals through to synths, studio equipment, and live sound.
You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need a solid foundation in music gear, curiosity, and the ability to turn complex product information into clear, engaging content that helps customers make the right decision. The right candidate will have a chance to build deep product knowledge across multiple categories and have the opportunity to develop into a more senior position over time.
Key Tasks
- Content Creation: Write clear, engaging product listings and translate manufacturer specs into readable copy that maintains a consistent brand tone.
- Site Management: Efficiently manage and update listings within our CMS/E-commerce platforms to ensure the site is accurate, consistent, and easy to shop. Support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.
- SEO & Content: Write blogs and buyer’s guides and supporting content. Improve organic visibility through useful, well-structured content and contribute ideas for content that answers real customer questions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, and Suppliers to support product launches and campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
