Experience Education Digital Content Executive
The Experience Education Student Travel Group is a collective of specialist brands dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable travel experiences for schools and groups.
Over the last 4 decades, more than 3000 schools across the UK have entrusted Experience Education to facilitate educational travel experiences for more than 1.5 million travellers, throughout 1000+ incredible destinations.
Our specialist brands include TravelBound, SkiBound, World Challenge, JCA, Edwin Doran and MasterClass, and they operate across 5 unique travel categories: curriculum tours; ski trips; expeditions; UK activity centres and sports tours.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and highly creative Digital Content Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content creation, understands what makes thumbs stop scrolling, and loves turning ideas into engaging digital experiences.
Working across multiple brands, you’ll create high-quality digital assets and blogs for promotion across our social channels, support the wider Marketing team, and elevate our online presence through consistent, high-impact content. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Asset Development
- Produce engaging, on-brand digital content for all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create high-quality visual and multimedia assets such as short-form videos, GIFs, reels, graphics and animations.
- Support the brand team by developing creative assets for campaigns, presentations, websites and other digital touchpoints.
- Work with the wider business to produce blogs and case studies for the brand websites.
Social Media Execution
- Plan, schedule and publish content across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand priorities.
- Maintain daily channel oversight - responding to engagement opportunities, monitoring trends, and ensuring our brands show up with relevance and personality.
- Support the development of channel-specific content strategies that resonate with different audience groups.

Email Marketing
- Craft compelling email campaigns to promote product launches, blogs, and case studies.
- A/B test email messaging and content to develop a formula that resonates with our audience.
- Track email performance KPIs, reporting back to the wider team.
Community Building & Audience Engagement
- Help build and nurture strong social communities across our priority audiences, including teachers, group leaders, students and parents.
- Develop and manage community engagement initiatives such as Q&As, polls, webinars, user-generated content opportunities, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Monitor community sentiment and feed insights back to the wider team.
- Collaborate on community-led content strategies that improve reach, relevance and trust.
Performance, Insights & Optimisation
- Track content performance and provide regular reports and insights to the Digital Performance Marketing Manager.
- Analyse engagement, reach, creative performance and audience behaviour to help optimise future content.
- Monitor competitor activity, platform updates and industry trends to keep our content fresh and ahead of the curve.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure visual and verbal consistency across all digital outputs.
- Support campaign planning with creative ideas, asset creation and content execution.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners when needed to deliver content efficiently and at high quality.
- Admin support to the marketing team & Head of Marketing as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in creating digital content for brands.
- Strong understanding of social media channels, trends, formats and best practices — particularly TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Confident using design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail.
