Bytes is looking for an AI-fluent content marketer and natural storyteller who can turn complex technology topics into content that informs, engages and drives action. If you're excited by the challenge of creating content that influences buying decisions, supports business growth and builds credibility in a fast-moving technology market, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
The Mission
As Bytes continues to grow, content plays an increasingly important role in how we connect with customers, support demand generation and strengthen our position as a trusted technology partner.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, you'll create and optimise content that helps move enterprise buyers through every stage of their journey, from initial awareness through to engagement, opportunity creation and customer success.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping define what great B2B content marketing looks like in an AI-enabled world.
In your first 6-12 months, you will deliver:
- Create compelling content that supports demand generation, brand awareness and customer engagement across the full buyer journey
- Build Bytes' voice and credibility across key technology topics including AI, cloud, security, productivity and digital transformation
- Transform industry trends, customer stories and partner priorities into high-value campaigns and content assets
- Partner with marketing, sales and subject matter experts to develop content that supports commercial objectives
- Improve search visibility and content performance through SEO, GEO and AEO best practices
- Use data and insight to continuously refine messaging, formats and distribution strategies
- Embed AI-powered ways of working that increase efficiency and enable higher-quality content creation

What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven B2B content marketing experience, ideally within technology, software, SaaS or professional services
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to make complex topics clear, engaging and relevant for senior audiences
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, content creation, optimisation and workflow improvement
- A strong understanding of SEO and modern content discoverability principles
- Confidence using analytics tools such as GA4 to measure content effectiveness and inform decisions
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership from concept through to delivery
