We're looking for a Digital Content Executive (Architecture and Analytics) to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £35,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
What you will be doing
- Support the development of ICAEW's website information architecture through the collection and analysis of web usage data.
- Create and maintain website content audits to support effective content management and improvements.
- Implement information architecture and content changes through ICAEW's content management system (Sitecore).
- Analyse user feedback, website metrics and testing results to identify opportunities to improve online user journeys.
- Work collaboratively with Content & Distribution and Technology teams to improve the structure, usability and performance of digital content.
- Manage the upload of video and audio content, analyse its usage, and support analysis of the impact of LLMs on web content.

What you will need
Experience
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS), ideally including Sitecore.
- Experience of web analytics and using data and metrics to assess digital content performance.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and an understanding of taxonomies and information architecture.
- Experience with audio and video web formats and user testing methods.
- Experience managing and building effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
