Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Content Executive to support our Marketing and Digital team in managing and maintaining digital content across our platforms. This role involves working closely on website administration, ensuring content accuracy, and delivering a seamless digital experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep our Malmaison and Hotel du Vin website content updated, including images, text, and multimedia assets.
- Ensure digital content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand tone of voice.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property-level digital requests, translating local property needs into accurate website updates.
- Support with building and optimizing landing pages within our CMS, ensuring content is highly engaging and SEO-friendly.
- Support in troubleshooting digital content challenges in collaboration with the digital team and agency.
- Support day-to-day digital content updates across our digital systems.
- Support with optimization of local search listings (such as Google Business Profiles) to drive local search visibility.
- Support with testing of new website templates, features, and CMS updates to ensure a flawless user journey.
- Occasional support with agency management.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes quickly.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital content management, with a solid understanding of digital marketing (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
- Strong grammar and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce and edit content that is on-brand and optimized for search.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Umbraco experience preferred but not essential).
- Excellent web-editing skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with strong aptitude and ability/willingness to learn new tools/tech stack.
- Basic understanding of web best practices (SEO, GEO, Web Accessibility, UX) and digital content management.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with fast-paced changes.
- Comfortable with basic data organisation and performance reporting.

Sustainability Goals
