Job Title
Lead the planning and delivery of multi-market product launches, creating impactful content and customer experiences that strengthen brand engagement and support commercial growth. Partnering with international teams, you'll use customer insight and performance data to optimise journeys, enhance campaign effectiveness and drive continuous marketing innovation.

Profile
- Experience in digital marketing, content management or website management.
- Proven track record delivering successful product launches or marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, engagement and conversion optimisation.
- Experience using CMS platforms to create and manage website content.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and website best practices to improve visibility and performance.
- Confident using Google Analytics and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working across international markets or matrix organisations.
- Comfortable managing agencies and external partners.
- Proactive, organised and driven to continuously improve marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for creating engaging customer experiences and driving brand growth.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000
