Digital Content Lead — Fixed Term

MamaDoc CIC | Remote | Start date: October 1st 2026

About MamaDoc

MamaDoc is a community interest company supporting Black, Brown and migrant parents in the UK through pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early parenthood.

We create accessible, culturally relevant health education, digital resources and community experiences that help parents feel informed, supported and confident navigating pregnancy and parenthood.

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Digital Content Lead to join our team on a fixed-term basis.

About the Role

As Digital Content Lead, you will lead MamaDoc's day-to-day digital content and social media activity, helping us grow our audience, strengthen our online community and communicate our work effectively.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, digital content and marketing and can take an idea from concept through to publication and performance review.

You will work closely with MamaDoc's co-founders and clinical team to turn health education, community insights, campaigns and organisational priorities into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage MamaDoc’s digital content strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
  • Create and coordinate engaging short-form videos, carousels, graphics, captions, scripts and other digital content.
  • Manage MamaDoc’s day-to-day social media presence, including scheduling, publishing and audience engagement.
  • Plan, set up and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Instagram and Meta paid advertising, for MamaDoc’s events, programmes, products and community initiatives.
  • Support WhatsApp community engagement, email marketing and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse content and campaign performance, using insights to optimise content, advertising and audience growth.
  • Work closely with MamaDoc’s co-founders and clinical team to ensure health-related content is appropriately reviewed and communicated accurately.
  • Contribute to the development of MamaDoc’s digital brand, voice and overall online presence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
